Settime Care provides in-home and community supports, companion and respite for the elderly and individuals with disabilities. We value the needs of our consumers. We hire caregivers that are well trained, properly screened, compassionate and dependable, to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our consumers.
Our caregivers are required to complete relevant training that equip them for the job. Settime Care endeavors to match each consumer with a compatible caregiver, to enhance “person-centered” services.
We require all our caregivers to pass a criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and drug/alcohol tests, prior to working with our consumers. Settime Care adheres to Title VII of the Civil Right Acts of 1964, as amended, which protects applicants and employees from discrimination in all aspects of employment, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex , national origin, disability and age. Settime Care is an equal opportunity employer and an equal opportunity service provider. We have zero tolerance for discrimination in our workplace.
